History
L. W. Zelmore Heating & Cooling was founded in 2000 by Lance Zelmore in order to offer people in the Westmoreland County and Fay-West area the quality service for their heating and cooling needs that were not being met by the existing companies in the area.

Over the past 10 years, L.W. Zelmore Heating & Cooling has grown from a small business to an established organization because we have developed an excellent reputation with our customers. Word has spread that employees at L.W. Zelmore Heating & Cooling value our relationship with our dedicated customer base, as well as new customers. Our technicians are certified and insured. We have over 60 years of combined experience. We guarantee fast, professional service, including a 24-hour emergency service.

L.W. Zelmore Heating & Cooling outgrew its headquarters in 2004 and relocated to Norvelt, where we now offer a large parts inventory.

In July 2006, we acquired Irwin Heating & Cooling, as well as their building and stock inventory. The showroom is open by appointment.
